Foundational and advanced training for caseworkers, supervisors, and agency staff on recognizing and responding to trauma in children, youth, and families. Includes secondary traumatic stress and staff wellness components.
CHILD WELFARE
Youth Voice & Engagement Consulting
Consulting and training for child welfare agencies, schools, and community organizations on elevating youth voice as a driver of transformational change. Draws on conference-level work presented at the Virginia CSA Conference and UConn Training Institutes. May be co-facilitated depending on scope and need.

Staff Wellness & Resilience Training
Organizational training on secondary traumatic stress, compassion fatigue, and resilience-building for teams who hold space for others, in child welfare, elder care, and direct service settings.

Care Navigation Guidance for Family Caregivers
Practical guidance for families navigating a loved one's medical care, hospitalization, and late-life transitions. Offered by a fellow caregiver with firsthand experience advocating within healthcare and elder care systems. Available to individuals directly and through partnerships with hospitals, senior centers, and community organizations. Not a clinical service.
FAMILY CAREGIVERS - ELDER CARE
SUPPORTIVE SERVICES AND COMMUNITY
The Double Dutch Caregiver Workshop Series
Open-enrollment community workshops for family caregivers of aging parents. Topics include advocating in hospital and facility settings, navigating late-life transitions, caregiver sustainability, and knowing when to jump in and when to step back. Initial sessions offered free or low-cost to build community. Rooted in the forthcoming book Double Dutch Caregiving: Keeping the Rhythm Without Losing the Time. Available in person and virtually.
FAMILY CAREGIVERS - COMMUNITY
In the Ropes: A Peer Support Community for Family Caregivers
A peer support community for family caregivers who are in the thick of it. Offered as a space for connection, shared experience, and practical support. This is peer support, not clinical group therapy.
PEER SUPPORT - FAMILY CAREGIVERS
The Guardian Series: Multi-Session Training Package
A progressive three-session training series for agencies and facilities, delivered over 6 to 12 weeks. Each session builds on the last, with curriculum tailored to your population, culture, and organizational context. Includes participant materials, a mid-series check-in, and certificates of completion. Available for child welfare and elder care settings.
